9:30 a.m.     Field Events Begin (All field events given a 30 min. warm-up window starting at 9:00 a.m.)

• 9:00 a.m. - Shot Put (4 throws - No Finals)
• 9:00 a.m. - Pole Vault (Anticipated opening height is 11’) (Flight 2 at 11:30 a.m.)
• 9:00 a.m. - High Jump (Anticipated opening height is 4’10”)
• 9:00 a.m. - Long Jump (3 jumps – No Finals)
• 11:30 a.m. - Triple Jump (3 jumps – No Finals) (Warm-up begins at 11:00 a.m.)

10:00 a.m.   Running Events Begin (Slowest Heats First)

• 10:00 a.m. -  4 x 800 Meter Relay (2 heats)
• 10:25 a.m. -  3200 Meters (2 heats)
• 11:05 a.m. - 55 Meter High Hurdles (6 heats)
• 11:25 a.m. - 55 Meters - (6 heats)
• 11:55 a.m. - 800 Meters (3 heats)
• 12:10 p.m. -  4 x 200 Meter Relay (6 heat)
• 12:35 p.m. - 400 Meters (6 heats)
• 1:00 p.m. -  1600 Meters (2-3 heats)
• 1:20 p.m.  -  200 Meters (6 heats)
• 1:40 p.m. - 4 x 400 Meter Relay (2 heats)

• Track dimensions are 200m
• ¼ inch pyramid spikes or smaller allowed. Only water allowed in field house
• Warm-ups: Sprinters may use the hallway on the bottom floor, adjacent to the fieldhouse entrance, to warm up (Distance may use the hallway on the 2nd floor, adjacent to the cafeteria, for drills, etc.)
• Check-ins: will be in ‘bullpen’ in center of track (see map below), you must then stay in that area
• Team camps will be set-up in cafeteria
• Spectator Admission: $5 for adults (14 to 64), $2 for children (under 13) and adults over 65+ 
• Remember to leave our area cleaner than we found it!
