Directions:

Take Ogden East to I-294.  Take I-294 South to the West 95th St / US-12 / US-20 exit.  Go west on 95th St. to Roberts Rd.  Then take a left on Roberts Rd and head south.  Take Roberts Rd. south and the school will come up on the west side of the road.  The track is on the south side of school.    

 

10:00   Coaches Meeting (Finish Line)

10:30   Field Events Begin

11:00   1600 meter run (1^st heat)

11:30   Preliminaries Begin

 

Preliminaries:

100 meter dash (4 heats)

110 meter high hurdles (4 heats)

3200 meter run (1^st heat)

200 meter dash (4 heats)

 

Finals:

4 x 800 relay (1 heat)

4 x 100 relay (2 heats)

3200 meter run

110 meter high hurdles

100 meter dash

800 meter run (2 heats)

4 x 200 relay (2 heats)

400 meter dash (4 heats)

300 meter intermediate hurdles (3 heats)

1600 meter run

200 meter dash

Field Events:

High Jump:      starting height is 4’6”, bar will be raised 2 inches until 6’, then 1”

Long Jump:     4 jumps, no finals, cafeteria style; 75 minutes

Triple Jump:    4 jumps, no finals, cafeteria style; 75 minutes 

Discus:            3 throws, finals, 3 throws

Shot Put:         3 throws, finals, 3 throws
