Track Donation Drive / Cookout Tomorrow!(April 25th)

Hello DGN Track Family!

Are you looking to do a little spring cleaning as the weather warms up?  Do you have clothing, apparel, or other items collecting dust and taking up space at home?  The Boys Track Team can help with that while also contributing to a good cause! 

We are partnering with the Savers Department Store in Downers Grove to collect retail donations.  For each bag of items collected, the Boys Track Team will receive up to 20 cents per pound. 

Our main collection night is on Tuesday, April 25^th from 6pm – 8pm at Carsten’s Field right off the Prince Street parking lot where we will attempt to fill an entire moving truck with donations. 

In addition, we will be hosting a team Cookout/BBQ during the main collection event also on April 25^th from 6pm – 8pm, in which all are welcome to attend!  The team will be cooking out and eating around the concession area at Carsten’s (or the café if weather doesn’t cooperate) after practice that night.  A donation to the program gets you a plate and place in line for our buffet.
