The BLACKHAWKS of West Aurora invite your boys & girls cross country teams to the “STAMPEDE” held at Stuart Complex, 39w585 Jericho Rd, Aurora, IL 60506 on Saturday, October 10th, 2015. 
8:00 am   BOYS AND GIRLS MIDDLE SCHOOL (Unlimited entries) 1.5 MILES
            8:30 am   GIRLS' VARSITY     (10 Entries) 3.0 MILES
            9:15 am   BOYS' VARSITY     (10 Entries) 3.0 MILES
           10:00 am Middle School Awards/GIRLS' F/S     (Unlimited Entries) 3.0 MILES
           10:45 am   BOYS' F/S     (Unlimited Entries) 3.0 MILES
           11:30 am       BOYS AND GIRLS OPEN (Unlimited Entries) 3.0 MILES
           12:15pm Awards Ceremony
We will run on the above time schedule.  Please have your team warmed up and ready.  Fifteen minutes before each race, an announcement will be made naming that race.    One minute before the start of each race, an air horn will be sounded.  The starter will shoot the gun for the official start of each race.
Teams are not to warm-up on the course during a race.  This would unfairly impede those racing.
COURSE MAPS – Attached is the course map and a map showing where to park and set up team camps.  Please adhere to these locations due to other park district activities going on. 

BUS DROP OFF:  Bus drop off will be at the tent area on the north end of the facility, just beyond the fence of the softball fields.  Enter off of Rt. 30 near the Montgomery Police Station and follow the path to the north.  Bus parking will be at Splash Country swimming complex on Barnes Road.  Buses may exit Stuart to the south on Jericho Road, turn right onto Jericho, then turn left at the dead end at Barnes Road.  Car parking will be available throughout the Stuart Complex in any lot.(see attached maps)
AWARDS:     In all High School races awards will be presented for the following:
          INDIVIDUAL:     1-5 MEDALLIONS          (Awarded at Ceremony)                                6-50 MEDALLIONS        (Put into coaches envelopes)
          TEAMS:        TOP 2 TEAMS IN EVERY RACE RECEIVE TROPHIES         Class A, AA, and AAA runners will compete together in each race for individual awards and team awards.MIDDLE SCHOOL AWARDS:  Medallions to the top 10 girls and top 10 boys.
